STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Wayland session
2. add Notes widget to plasma panel
3. open Dolṕhin
4. click on Notes widget placed on your panel
5. click on Dolphin window to dismiss Notes widget
6. click on Dolphin entry in task manager to minimize it

OBSERVED RESULT
nothing hapeens, Dolphin is not minimized

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin is minimized

Same bug on Arch Linux after upgrade to Plasma 5.17 beta.

cannot reproduce. Possibly related to bug 410612.
