List of notifications no more in kde notifier history and which must be in it:

lucky backup :
- beginning of backup
- end of backup

chrome using web.skype.com :
- "you are disconnected"

chrome using messages.google.com :
- receiving an SMS

For lucky backup this problem occurred around the update to kde frameworks 5.59.0 and kde apps 19.04.2

For chrome :
- older than lucky backup
- hypothesis: a plasma integration plugin problem ?

I will complete this list as soon as I will encounter other cases.

This was an intentional change. Only applications that identify themselves correctly will be stored in history. This is to avoid the history filling up with notifications that cannot be disabled. Sorry about that, that behavior might be configurable in Plasma 5.17.
