STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a Kirigami app (e.g. Itinerary or KDE Connect) on the Nexus 5X running Plasma Mobile
2. Tap the global or context drawer handle

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens


EXPECTED RESULT
Drawer opens

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Dragging the handle opens the drawer
It works fine on the desktop, even when forced to mobile mode
