First of all, I am quite sure that this is the wrong category, but there is no category "plasma-desktop" ??? On github, the package is in KDE/plasma-desktop/applets/kicker, but I did not find a category to match any of those.

SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install application dashboard start-menu
2. Klick on it
3. klick on any of the icons with a touchscreen

OBSERVED RESULT

Nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT

The program that was klicked on should start.

Same problem perhaps for me after upgrade to 5.16. Launchers can be highlighted but not launched; power buttons can be highlighted but not launched; Touch does work to switch from "apps and docs" to "widgets" and for selecting a category; touch scrolling "all applications" works.

Kubuntu 18.04 Plasma 5.12--no problem
Manjaro KDE Plasma 5.15--no problem
Manjaro KDE upgraded to Plasma 5.16--problem
Neon KDE Plasma 5.16--problem
