SUMMARY
It is impossible to select binaries for MariaDB on Windows. The dialogue appears to be looking for files without the exe suffix on Windows.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select internal MySql/MariaDB database during setup
2. Navigate to MariaDB's bin directory
3. Stare at empty directory (or try entering 'mysql_install_db.exe' in filename)

OBSERVED RESULT
Empty bin directory resulting in it being impossible to use internal MySql/MariaDB on Windows.

EXPECTED RESULT
Ability to select binaries and use internal MySql/MariaDB on Windows.

Fixed with #406815 and not reproducible with 6.2.0
