SUMMARY

I am trying to use Kate to convert a text file to PDF. The file has long lines.
Kate does not appear to offer a sensible print preview. When one asks for it only the first page is shown correctly. The other pages are blank.  Trying to print (e.g., on a PDF virtual printer) causes the last paragraph of the first page to be repeated from start on the second page.

Seen on Linux/KDE Plasma (Kubuntu 19.04)

This was just fixed for KDE Frameworks version 5.60, see bug #348598.
