SUMMARY
Unable to disable playhead tracking during playback.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to settings -> Timeline
2. Uncheck "autoscroll while playing"
3. Go to the timeline, zoom in so that the entire project does not fit into the area being viewed and click play.

OBSERVED RESULT
The viewport is moved beyond the playhead.

EXPECTED RESULT
The viewport must not follow the playhead.

Ubuntu Studio 18.04.02 64-bit (with russian locale)

Fixed with upcoming 19.08.1. 
Change settings and restart Kdenlive.
