The obscure effect is odd

SUMMARY
From the refactoring version(19.04.x), the obscure effect has got odd.
Each macro blocks in the obscured area are not square any more.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Place a video clip on the timeline
2. Apply an obscure effect to the clip on the timeline --- A
3. Adjust obscure area (position or size) --- B

OBSERVED RESULT
A. Looks like the effect is applied well
B. The macro block size gets changed. Only four blocks per each row, no more square each, stretched wide.

EXPECTED RESULT
A. Ok
B. The macro block size should not get changed, but the number of macro blocks should be adjusted according to the effect area.
c. Some suggestion: It will be better if there are more options like macro block size or number for the effect.

After moving the effect change opacity to 25% and you get square blocks.

Wow, thanks for important comment.
I never expected that the opacity parameter would solve this problem 'cause it did nothing with previous versions.

Then for now the only odd thing is that the initial state of Obscure effect has opacity value 100% but resulting 25% obscured actually until adjusting the size or area.

Is this solved in version >= 20.12 after the effect cleanup?

Although it seems that the 'opacity' option does not exist any longer,
it is certain that the issue has been resolved.
Now I can always get square blocks applied in the obscure area
regardless its size and position.
