SUMMARY
Predefined brush pattern don't reset with pressing a "Reload the brush preset" button.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open "Edit brush settings dialog"
2. Select brush having predefined tip
3. Open "Predefined" tab
4. Select new pattern
5. Click the "Reload the brush preset" button

OBSERVED RESULT
Pattern selection not changed but really brush settings are reset right.

EXPECTED RESULT
Cursor in patterns area move to original pattern.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Linux Mint 19.1 Cinnamon
KDE Frameworks Version: 5

Using the 4.2.1 and 24th June Nightly Build appimages, I don't see this. I see the Predefined brush tip texture being reloaded to the original predefined tip texture.

I tested this with v)_Texture_Impressionism and c)_Pencil-6_Quick_Shade brush presets.

Can you try this with the 4.2.1 Linux appimage from here: https://krita.org/en/download/krita-desktop/ ?
