SUMMARY
After updating to latest KDE on Archlinux, the notification only showed on primary screen not on external screen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect Archlinux with KDE to external screen
2. setup external screen as right extended
3. test with notification-send 

OBSERVED RESULT
Only laptop screen received the notification

EXPECTED RESULT
The notification should have options to select showing on external screen or not

I'm afraid this is by design in the new notifications.
