https://download.kde.org/stable/kstars/kstars-3.3.1.tar.xz doesn't contain any po/*/kstars.po files, only po/*/docs/.

I can confirm that translations are gone (kstars 3.3.1-1, Manjaro)

Seems to be included again in 3.3.2.
