SUMMARY

Drag and dropping a file into empty space in krita while there is another canvas  window minimized will not result in opening the new file.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a file in krita.
2. Minimize the canvas.
3. Drag and drop another file into krita window.

OBSERVED RESULT

Nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT

Dropped file opens.

Qt 5.12 broke D&D, and though they claim it's fixed in the latest 5.12 release, we still see these problems. See https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-72844
