This might be the sign of an even bigger bug of a "toString" method... Did you already investigate at which place in the code the 'toString' method is called? I fail to find the code that shows this 'untrusted' dialog, or where it is called. Dear user, unfortunately Kopete is no longer maintained. Please migrate to another solution, e.g. for Jabber a possibility is Kaidan, for Matrix a candidate is NeoChat. |
Created attachment 121006 [details] shows the popup displaying the wrong URL SUMMARY since the upgrade a "t" is added to the URLs / links I want to follow ... probably a bigger bug STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. type some website and send it as message over some service in kopete 2. the message will be sent 3. when you click the link a dialog pops up "This untrusted page links to thttps://…" OBSERVED RESULT a t is added to the url string EXPECTED RESULT open url normally SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 19.04 (64-bit) (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.0 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.59.0 Qt Version: 5.12.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
