SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open and application with modal dialogs (Krita or Simple Screen Recorder)
2. Request a modal dialog (e.g. Ctrl+W in Krita)
3. See flickering around the window

Does the screen flicker when the dialog parent effect is disabled?

Might be related to bug 384660.

Well, I tested the the bug again, and it doesn't happen anymore :(

I also tried to activate Dialog Parent effect and some other effects, but it is not reproducible anymore. Even when using external display. Perhaps it was some driver fault, I don't know. 

I'll close the bug as WORKSFORME. Sorry for bothering :(
