I'm sorry, but you're not giving enough information to help you, and besides, this is a bug tracker, a place where people report bugs in krita, not a please to ask for help if your system has a problem. It should be obvious, of course, that "cannot interact with drawing surface" is by no means a general condition; it is specific to your system, since if nobody could "interact with drawing surface", we wouldn't have released Krita. Still, I'm not even 100% what you mean... If you mean, and that's by no means certain, that your tablet doesn't work with krita, then check out https://docs.krita.org/en/user_manual/drawing_tablets.html#where-it-can-go-wrong for more information. Try switching between the wintab and the windows ink api in Krita's settings (https://docs.krita.org/en/reference_manual/preferences/tablet_settings.html). Try the tablet tester on that page.
