SUMMARY
When adding/removing widgets, I've experienced repeated crashes, but application does restart after.

Crashes should have a backtrace.

See the sad face icon in the panel after plasma restart.

Unfortunately, the crash reporter failed to be able to add symbols for plasmashell, thus no backtrace.

If you still have problems creating backtraces with debug symbols, please ask for help in a forum of your distribution.
