Crashes should have a backtrace. See the sad face icon in the panel after plasma restart. Unfortunately, the crash reporter failed to be able to add symbols for plasmashell, thus no backtrace. Please read https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports If you still have problems creating backtraces with debug symbols, please ask for help in a forum of your distribution.
