SUMMARY
kdenlive version 19.04.2d-x86_64.appimage
kdenlive does not allow removing a clip from the video project if it was first removed from the local disk

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open kdenlive and insert a video clip
2. remove the clip from the local disk 

OBSERVED RESULT
kdenlive does not allow removing the clip from project bin
EXPECTED RESULT
the missing clip should be notified on the disc, so give the option to change the file path or delete it.

Works as expected in current versions (21.12.x or upcoming 22.04.0)
