Screenshot of how typical SMS notifications look with this bug. They come in 3's.

SUMMARY: When receiving an SMS I get 2 extra duplicate notifications of the same message. See attached screenshot. This occurs every single time I get an SMS. Other notifications are unaffected.

I can confirm this behavior on KDE Neon 5.16 .

Media player duplicate notifications

I'm also using KDE Neon 5.16, but I only get duplicate notifications with VLC media player. Others are normal.
