SUMMARY
It was stated that the 5.15 release of PLASMA would have integrated the wayalnd support for NVidia cards, however after the installation of the upgrade the desktop stays black in wayland mode.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. USE an Nvidia cards;
2. use the last NVidia drivers provided by the PPA;
2. install 5.16 PLASMA desktop environment;
3. switch from PLASMA to PLASMA wayland in the log-in screen;

OBSERVED RESULT
black screen

EXPECTED RESULT
WORKING PLASMA ENVIRONMENT
