Black screen outside the window

SUMMARY
Wallpapers and panel disappeared unexpectedly

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run KDE Wayland
2. Try to change panel settings and use some other applications (Firefox)

OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma Shell disappeared

EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma Shell is still working

Yes, it crashed while using panel. And there were not any windows for crash reporting.
