Using keyboard volume buttons with inactive window color effects

SUMMARY
OSDs steal focus form active windows, when using inactive window coloring changing the system volume with keyboard buttons will cause the window to flicker between active and inactive.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Colors>Edit...>Options>Enable apply "color effects to inactive windows"
2. Set an inactive window color
3. Use keyboard buttons to increase/decrease volume.

OBSERVED RESULT
Windows flicker between being active and inactive.

EXPECTED RESULT
Windows should stay active the whole time.
