SUMMARY
HTTP ERROR 404 is shown when user click the link to the download page of Windows Kate release (32bit) installer

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open https://kate-editor.org/get-it/
2. Click link of Windows Kate release (32bit) installer


OBSERVED RESULT
Following error message is shown

HTTP ERROR 404
Problem accessing /view/Windows%2064-bit/job/Kate_Release_win32/. Reason:    Not Found
Powered by Jetty:// 9.4.z-SNAPSHOT

EXPECTED RESULT
Go to the download page of Windows Kate release (32bit) installer

32-Bit release support has been discontinued by the Binary Factory i'm afraid.
If you need a 32-Bit version you'll have to use the "Kate 17.08.1-KF5.38 (32bit) installer" link.

I'll leave this open for Christoph to update the Kate website.
