Unable to rename by selecting a track and hitting CTRL + R

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select a file
2. Hit CTRL + R

OBSERVED RESULT
No way to confirm action


EXPECTED RESULT
Confirmation dialog should have buttons to confirm or cancel

I messed this up in porting to QDialogButtonBox somehow.
