SUMMARY
Why do copy dialogs stop their work just because something happens (read error, file allready their, no access rights etc.)?
If I need to copy hundreds of gigabytes over night - I want problems to get collected and that i can select what to to in the ned (or async at least).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. copy millions of files from a -> b
2. have a file after a few hours be corrupt or no read acces 
3. everything goes on hold. so I loose one night of work...
