SUMMARY
When starting the PC, Discover updater shows 2 updates available. After clicking the View updates button it checks for updates and shows no updates available, The system is up to date.
I inserted the following in terminal: pkcon refresh followed by pkcon update and also sudo pkcon refresh && sudo pkcon update. The result was: No packages require updating to newer versions.

Fixed in 5.16
