STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. When I attempt to open a project from a previous version of kdenlive the program crashes and disappears

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I had used kdenlive successfully for a few projects, then the audio suddenly stopped working in the preview window. I uninstalled kdenlive and installed the newest version 19.04.1. I then tried opening the same project files, and when I do, the program crashes completely. Previous version was 18.12.1.

Please upload your project file here for testing. 

Try with the Windows_Nightly_Build: https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Kdenlive_Nightly_mingw64/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/ it could be that this problem is fixed already.

I downloaded the new version and it works! The original issue of video not playing in preview window also is fixed. Thank you so much. You can close this bug.
