To add: after a massive amount of undo's (250+), when you click the close button, the document simply closes, Krita doesn't ask if you want to save. While it seems the amount of undo is virtually unlimited, there's a chance you might lose work. Git commit 892eb03006cd92e7cd6ed56c4ba81d5f1ec9924b by Dmitry Kazakov.
