What context menu? The Copy / Select All menu is fine here on Qt 5.12.0

1. Download a file -> You get a notification with two buttons ("open" and "hamburger menu")
2. Hamburger menu opens a menu that has a titlebar (and has a wrong position)

To be exact, this menu doesn't always have a title bar, e.g. When opening this menu from a notification in History/Missed notifications it is usually displayed correctly.

I see. Likely a Qt 5.13 regression as I cannot reproduce here.

Ah yes, same issue as Bug 408162. Seems like a Qt 5.13 regression.
