On my 19.04.1, I don't get the profile listed. Help->About Konsole shows 19.04.1? There is no need for a wall of text explaining your irritation with the bug. If it wasn't an irritating bug, you wouldn't have filed it. :) Cannot confirm in 19.04.1. I have one profile and the New Tab menu item does not have a sub-menu. If I add a second profile and make sure that it's set to show up, only then does the menu item gains a sub-menu with entries for each profile. Can you go to Settings > Manage profiles and tell me how many profiles appear in the list there? Just one?
