For some reason brightness OSD is not displaying for me on 5.15 beta. I've tried using clean account to no avail. Brightness is changing correctly.

Reverting to 5.15.5 fixes my issue.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to change screen brightness using hotkeys.

OBSERVED RESULT

Brightness is changing, however there is no indication on screen.

EXPECTED RESULT

OSD at the center of the screen.

Wayland session is also affected.

Fixed in master.
You might need to wipe your globalshorcuts config if you had the beta installed

Yeah, about that. It seems to me that restoring default hotkeys from gui is unreliable. Nuking config files works best.
Thanks for the fix.
