SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right-click clip in Project
2. Transcode
3. DVD NTSC (4:3 or 16:9)

OBSERVED RESULT
Label at top of "Transcoding" Dialog says "Dvd PAL (1 clip)" (or "Dvd PAL wide (1 clip)")

EXPECTED RESULT
Transcode should use NTSC when the user chooses one of the NTSC formats.

Dev cannot backport to 18.12 and older versions anymore as 60% of the code has changed.

Please try with the current Kdenlive AppImage version 19.04.1b to see if there are any packaging issues https://files.kde.org/kdenlive/release/

19.04.1b does not have a right-click option, but the "Transcode Clip" dialog still has the problem.
