SUMMARY
Enabling and disabling various sources in Discover leads to ui bugginess

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Discover
2. Navigate to the "Sources" tab
3. Enable and Disable a source

OBSERVED RESULT
The entire list of sources "disappears" for a while as the page is being reloaded and the terminal spits this out
