SUMMARY

Currently, Dolphin places each section in the places panel in a hard-coded order.

With the addition of Tags, those users who wish to organise files semantically rather than by hierarchical folders, have to scroll down to the Tags section, potentially a long way.

Or they have to hide the 'Places' 'Devices' 'Recent...' 'Search' sections to give the Tags section priority.

A user may want access to all the sections but have different priority needs.

Thus, please enable changing order of the sections in the places panel.
