The spacings between controls are too high. This is weird. This issue persists and apparently the system language affects it. Here, If system language is american english, standalone KCM looks correct and KCM in system settings looks buggy (opposite of what we can see in the attached screenshots). If system language is brazilian portuguese, both standalone and KCM in system settings look buggy.
