SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a rotoscoping effect over a short period of time that moves (keyframed)
2. Create a moving effect that do the same

OBSERVED RESULT

They do not move at the same speed, and the rotoscoping effect has a small jump at the ending keyframe

EXPECTED RESULT

Rotoscoping should be moving smoothly
