SUMMARY

I use application dashboard, and it have default Alt+F1 global shortcut in system settings. I remove that shortcut, and set global shortcut to Win+D, apply and save new settings. But after i restart a computer, my shortcut is removed and return to default Alt+F1. I try set global shortcut to none and use global alternative but it is same, after reboot setting are returned to default.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set global shortcut for application dashboard to Win+D, apply and save 
2. Reboot computer
3. Application dashboard shortcut is return to default Alt+F1

OBSERVED RESULT


EXPECTED RESULT
To remember new shortcut after reboot.

Yes, we will need ~/.config/kglobalshortcutsrc, sorry.

That is, if this is still happening to you in Plasma 5.21. :)
