SUMMARY
"Replace All" is not activated by keyboard.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I press ctrl+r to bring up the replace dialogue with highlighted characters
2. I press alt+a to replace all highlighted characters
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens. Using mouse gets the results I expect.

EXPECTED RESULT
I expect to be able to do a replace simply using keyboard.
