SUMMARY
https://kdenlive.org/en/download/ recommends Ubuntu | LinuxMint | Elementary users to install kdenlive via the ppa. However, the ppa contains only outdated versions as the build of 19.04 failed. 


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kdenlive/kdenlive-stable
2. sudo apt-get update
3. sudo apt install kdenlive

OBSERVED RESULT
kdenlive 18.12 is installed

EXPECTED RESULT
kdenlive 19.04 is installed

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

Our new timeline in QML requires Qt 5.11, which is not available in LTS (bionic), and which we can't safely replace.
For systems based on this release, we need to fall back on AppImage.
So we have to update the website info until the next LTS comes out in 6 months.

Fixed with Ubuntu 20.04.
