SUMMARY
Kdenlive doesn't Play Clips anymore. It worked. Than something happened. Probably over night. Maybe another useless Windows update in the Background Maybe. And now Kdenlive doesn't work anymore.

I updadet all grafic-drivers, via https://www.intel.de/content/www/de/de/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html and deleted all Cache files (C:\Users\[YOURNAME]\AppData\Local\kdenlive C:\Users\[YOURNAME]\AppData\Local\kdenliverc
C:\Users\[YOURNAME]\AppData\Local\stalefiles\kdenlive
C:\Users\[YOURNAME]\AppData\Roaming\kdenlive) did a complete Fresh install of kdenlive 19.04.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Install Kdenlive 19.04 on Windows 10 for being used by everyone
2. Add Clip (640 x 480 x 29,97fps) to Project bin
3. Drag Clip to timeline
4. Play Clip either in Clip monitor or in Project monitor

OBSERVED RESULT
Clip Plays very very stuttering. If at all. The playhead (the small black triangle) doesn't move on the timeline on click.

EXPECTED RESULT
Clips that Play well in the Clip or Project monitor.

I don't know what happened. After another Driver update with a Special Software ('Driver Booster') some other Drivers were updated, that were up to date according to https://www.intel.de/content/www/de/de/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html. Now the clips are playing again in Kdenlive.
