SUMMARY

I am having long term problem when connecting dual display via HDMI or via DP The desktop is visible on both monitors, but on primary one I cannot click any thing, I can do mouse movement, but click doesn't reach the windows.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect display via HDMI and/or DP

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If I do it multiple times or try to use display settings to switch it starts eventually working on both.

Are you clicking on app windows, or desktop icons/widgets/panels? Or both? Are the clicks missed only for one of those groups of things but not the other, or for all of them?
