STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set dashboard as your apps launcher
2. open the dashboard
3. press any tiling shortcut (meta+any arrow)

OBSERVED RESULT
dashboard is tiled

EXPECTED RESULT
tilig shotcut is ignored and dashboard is not tiled

Dashboard ignores tiling shortcuts on Plasma 5.18 beta.
