SUMMARY

okular snap (19.04.0) is able to open epub or any doc files  if triggered by 'open with' from the file manager (explorer). however, in the app it did not open the file dialog box if selected 'open' from the file menu (same for save, save as)




STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. select open from the file menu
2. select save/save as from the file menu
3.

not file dialog box pop up

Same here, but for Ubuntu 16.04

file operations for non KDE platforms are now fixed
