SUMMARY
Playback mode (drop-down list in the upper left corner of the timeline with the options: "no", "preview", "high quality") is not saved if you open the project after saving and closing. Always worth the high quality

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select the preview mode. 
2. Save the project. 
3. Close kdenlive. Open kdenlive.
4. Open project. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The view mode will stand for "high quality". 


EXPECTED RESULT
Should be such as I put - "preview".

This issue is solved in the meantime (I think with version 20.08). The project stores the last made settings.
