SUMMARY

okular snap does not start because it needs Qt 5.12

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. run /snap/bin/okular

OBSERVED RESULT

$ /snap/bin/okular
utils.go:684: cannot change mount namespace of snap "okular" according to change mount (/snap/kde-frameworks-5-core18/29 /snap/okular/52/kf5-2 none bind,ro 0 0): permission denied
/bin/bash: warning: setlocale: LC_ALL: cannot change locale (en_US.UTF-8)
okular: /snap/okular/52/kf5/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libQt5Core.so.5: version `Qt_5.12' not found (required by okular)

EXPECTED RESULT

okular does start

This bug is fixed in the "candidate" okular version:

$ snap info okular
