SUMMARY
Using the keyboard shortcut V+SHIFT to draw straight lines with angular snapping is finicky, as a specific order of user actions is required. User needs to first press V, then start drawing on the canvas, then press SHIFT. If the user presses V, then SHIFT, and commences drawing, freehand strokes result

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. in a new document, select a drawing tool
2. press and hold 'v' 
3. press and hold 'shift'
4. draw

OBSERVED RESULT
A freehand line is drawn

EXPECTED RESULT
A straight line, locked to angle intervals, should be drawn.
