i can unlock the session by adding this command to kde settings

xdotool type MYPASSWORD ; xdotool key Return


but anyone can see my password on phone i want a secure way to unlock my pc

This is actually a great idea.  I'd like to expand on that to not just unlocking the desktop, but authentication in general.  For example, it could be used for unlocking KDE vaults or issuing commands as root.  There's lots of potential for your idea beyond desktop unlocking.
