I noticed that it crashes if I start it from a start menu (pinned) but not if I start from a file or desktop shortcut

Could you try with the new upload version 19.04.0-2. Either with the install version or with the portable version.

the new version opens up normally. I didn't still work with, but it starts and it is ok. Thanks.

It seems it works. We close this bug. If it still appears in the latest version, please feel free to re-open it and update the affected version number.
