SUMMARY
Open history with Ctl+H. Close sidebar using delete button. Sidebar reappears on all new windows. Ctl+H is needed again to close sidebar and stop it appearing on new windows.

EXPECTED RESULT
Using close button on sidebar should close the sidebar without it reappearing on new windows.
