running kglobalaccel5 in a shell after login restores shortcuts. Delete ~/.config/kglobalshortcutsrc and restarting stopped the crashing. I have attached the settings I did have, which were causing the problem (apparently) after the 5.57 release. Created attachment 119475 [details]
settings file causing segfault
this settings file now causes a segfault for kglobalaccel when session starts.
