when an image has exif GPS metadata
(eg a picture taken from a phone)
there is no GPS icon over the thumbnail, as it used to be, in previous digikam version (4, and 5)

I now see AppImage, this is the Locale System problem.

Use "LC_NUMERIC=C path/to/digikam-x.x.x.appimage" to start AppImage.

Typically, the kind of command line must be set in AppRun bash script from AppImage bundle :

This problem still reproducible using last Linux AppImage bundle 6.2.0 pre release available here : https://files.kde.org/digikam/
